A 7-year-old boy who had been missing for three years in Brick Township. NJ, was found Thursday night by a neighbor who had recognized the child's picture on their television.
Police arrested the boy's twenty seven year old mother, Ellen Lynn Conner. As she now faces charges of kidnapping and interference with custody warrant.
