A seven year old boy who had been missing for three years was found Thursday night by a neighbor who had recognized the child's picture on their television.
In Brick Township, N. J. Police arrested the boy's twenty seven year old mother, Ellen Lynn Conner. As she now faces charges of kidnapping and interference with a custody warrant.
